乔艳宁博士

乔艳宁,女,2013年毕业于南京大学模式动物研究所,在博士研究生期间主要从事平滑肌生理学研究。通过基因改造的动物模型或者动物疾病模型,研究平滑肌收缩的调节机制,以及平滑肌收缩与疾病发生的关系。曾通过条件性基因敲除小鼠模型研究发现MYPT1基因缺失会导致血管平滑肌收缩异常,从而导致高血压的发生,建立了一个稳定的原发性高血压模型。之前参与的研究发现肌球蛋白轻链激酶(MLCK)是血管平滑肌收缩和基础血压维持所必需的,也是高血压发生的关键因素,以及肌球蛋白磷酸酶调节亚基(MYPT1)是肠道平滑肌表型转换的关键因素。
